Yoga Trends to Try this Fall

During our yoga practice, it is very easy to get into a routine. You find the classes and yoga type you love and then you find the perfect teacher that you connect with. Even that is wonderful, it can be really good to break those routines once in a while, to get out of your comfort zone and try something new. Who knows, maybe you will found your new favorite thing?
We want to encourage you to get out of your comfort zone and will, therefore, give you a challenge this week: Try something new! Do at least one class or practice at home that you have never tried before.
To make it easier, we will share the yoga trends that you have to try this fall!
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a meditation technique where you lay in Savasana. It focuses on making you relaxed and is called the yogi sleep since the body is completely relaxed as if you are asleep while your mind is still conscious.
This is the perfect thing to try if you feel stressed and need to calm yourself down. Or if you just want to be more conscious and get deeper within yourself.
Ayurveda

It is important to remember that yoga is not just a practice but it is also a way of living, a lifestyle. Ayurveda is not something new, but old teaching that is growing big today. It is an ancient medical system from India.
This is a perfect thing for those of you who have done yoga for a long time and want to deepen your yoga practice. It is more than just yoga, it shows that everything is connected. Your yoga practice, food, and feelings. Are you ready to take the next step in your yoga practice?
Eco yoga
Many of us have work where we sit still inside all day long. Research shows that we, unfortunately, do not spend enough time in nature. Eco yoga is a practice where you connect to nature and is practiced outdoor. Wouldn't we all feel a little bit better if we would get to spend more time in nature?
Even if our routines are great, yoga is constantly growing and changing. So do not let yourself be stuck in the old routines, go out there and see what new classes and trends that are out there!
Have you tried anything new lately? What did you think about it? We would love to hear what you have tried!
Much love,
Team Moonchild
